In an attempt to lower my sugar intake this masterpiece was formed! Plain oatmeal with no added sugar I find is very tasteless and not very fun to eat, but when its partnered with some DIY home-made apple sauce (with no sugar added) it has just the right sweetness! Please note my re-used jar for home-made apple sauce!! :o)
